Workshop Sushi en CE1B

Karen Fraser via Delphine Gentil - 24 May 2018

On 16 May a Japanese lady called Makiko san visited the CE1B pupils to teach them how to make sushi.

Here are some of the comments from the pupils about the DNL sushi making class:

My favourite part was when we ate the sushi.’

‘Finally I asked an adult to cut the sushi into six pieces.’

‘Makiko taught use how to use chopsticks. ‘

‘The most difficult part is to make the shape.’

‘Finally you dip your sushi in the delicious soy sauce and eat it.’
